Emergencies
If anyone is in danger or injured, call local emergency services first (general emergency number 112). Police 110, ambulance 118 or 119, fire 113, search and rescue (Basarnas, including at sea) 115. We are not an emergency service. See Trust and Safety.
Reports and complaints
To report a listing, user or review, write to support@sewa.rent or WhatsApp us with the link or booking number and any evidence. We aim to review reports within 24 hours.
If you have a problem with a rental: talk to the other side on WhatsApp first, then write to us with your booking number. We mediate but cannot order a payment or refund. See the Terms of Service, section 16.
Privacy requests
To access, correct or delete your data, write to support@sewa.rent from the email address on your account.
