You pay the owner directly at pickup, in cash (IDR) or by card if the listing says the owner accepts it. Sewa Rent takes no payment from you and holds no deposit. Nothing is paid before you meet the owner.
- The listing states the price in IDR, what is included, the payment methods the owner accepts (for example cash in IDR), and whether there is a security deposit.
- Prices in other currencies on the site are approximate. The IDR amount is the one that counts.
- A deposit, if any, is between you and the owner. It is returned at the end of the rental if there is no damage. See Insurance and deposits explained.
- Never leave your passport as a deposit. If an owner asks, refuse and report it to support@sewa.rent.
- If anyone asks you to pay before pickup in a way the listing does not describe, or through an unusual channel, do not pay and contact us. Owners may ask for an advance only if the listing says so.
